Direct Care Workers
DCR invites applications from suitable candidates for Direct Care Worker positions. We are looking for people with initiative and a professional, caring approach to providing personal services and supervision to children, youth, people with a disability and those who might have a chronic physical or mental illness. Typically, our clients have challenging behaviours and staff need to have had experience and training in either a community or institutional care environment managing people with this type of personality profile.
