Direct Care Resources (DCR) was founded in 1998 by Dr Waynne Videroni and Aaron McCarty initially commencing business in the aged care sector in Brisbane with just 5 staff. In 2010, DCR has grown to now encompass both disability care and child protection as well as having commercial interests in property, digital media and feature film development.
We employ over 100 care and managerial staff and have 36 residences in an area stretching from Toowoomba, and Ipswich to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. DCR has has over 50 clients in full-time care as well as providing a range of respite services and lifestyle programs.
The Joint Board of the partner companies plans to expand the business nationally over the next few years with a longer-term vision of commencing operations offshore.

The parties trading as Direct Care Resources are Corporate Development Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 064 288 274) and Wapdas Pty Ltd (ACN 085 014 633).
