Dr Waynne Videroni, RFD, B DSc, Grad Dip Bus Admin, FAIM
Waynne is the Chief Financial Officer for the business and has overall responsibility for financial management policy and planning together with the identification, development and management of strategy to take commercial advantage of emerging changes in marketplace dynamics and maximize business profitability and return to shareholders. He also has joint executive responsibility for care policy and practice development, implementation and evaluation and business expansion.
He was formerly the Executive Director with the Queensland Council of Carers (QCC) from 1992-1998 and was instrumental in the reorganisation of a number of disability and aged care service organizations developing organizational improvement strategies to ensure service delivery performance, cost-effectiveness and compliance with legal and financial requirements. Prior to this appointment to QCC, Waynne held a wide range of senior clinical and managerial positions in the Queensland Department of Health from 1974 to 1992.
Waynne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Science, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Waynne is also Managing Director of Wapdas Pty Ltd and Joint Chair and Director of Allusion Property and Investments Pty Ltd
Aaron McCarty, BA, M Pub Admin, FAIM
Aaron has joint responsibility for business profitability and particular executive responsibilities in the areas of care policy and program development, implementation and evaluation, human resource management and industrial relations, workplace health and safety, quality assurance, business expansion and legal affairs.
He held Senior Executive Service positions as Assistant Under Secretary and Director (Human Resource Management) with the Queensland Department of Health from 1986 to 1994. Aaron commenced his own private practice as an Organisational Consultant in late 1994 undertaking a range of major assignments nationally including the Local Evaluation of the TEAM Care Health Coordinated Care Trial in the Brisbane North Health District, the redesign of the organization structure and management practices for the Greater Murray Health Service in New South Wales and the evaluation and redesign of the organizational structure of the Parliamentary Services Commission (Queensland Legislative Assembly).
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in politics and history and a Master of Public Administration Degree, both from the University of Queensland. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Aaron is also Managing Director of Corporate Development Services (Australia) Pty Ltd and Joint Chair and Director of Allusion Property and Investments Pty Ltd
