Quite simply, the philosopy of Direct Care Resources is to focus on the needs of the client.  

A flat organizational structure where clients, their famiilies and Government agency representatives have direct, unimpeded access to the Principals and the senior management team is the key. 

Decisions are driven by a clear client focus and can be made quickly by the Principals and members of the senior management team without the need for further referral.

Direct Care Resources has a Joint Board of Management consisting of:

Christian McCarty, BA (Media and Screen Production), AFAIM

Jacob McCarty, B Bus St, AFAIM

The Joint Board meets twice yearly to review and establish the strategic and commercial direction for the business.
